Chocolate Banana Graham Cracker Melts

Warm, melty chocolate and banana on graham crackers, topped with whipped cream- an easy, kid-approved after-school treat ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 halfs Graham Crackers Use as many Graham Crackers as you like!
  • 10 Chocolate Wafers 1 Chocolate Wafer per Graham Cracker Half
  • 1 Banana Slice into semi-thick slices
  • 1 Whipped Cream I use the canned- if using a tub, a small spoonful of whipped cream will do.

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Break graham crackers in half and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Add one chocolate wafer or square on top of each graham cracker half.
  4. Place a slice of banana on top of each chocolate piece.
  5. Bake 3–5 minutes, until chocolate softens and melts.
  6. Remove from oven and top with whipped cream.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use slightly thicker banana slices so they hold up while baking.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment for easier cleanup.
  • Serve immediately for the best warm, gooey texture.
  • Optional variations: add peanut butter under the banana, sprinkle mini marshmallows, swap banana for strawberries, drizzle caramel, or sprinkle cinnamon.
