Ingredients
  

  • 1 bad Ore-Ida Extra Crispy or Golden Fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional, for extra crisp
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon uice
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill optional
  • ½ cup tzatziki
  • Optional: sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, paprika

Method
 

Oven Method
  1. Preheat oven according to package directions.
  2. Spread frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Toss with olive oil if desired.
  3. Bake until golden and crispy (usually 15–20 min), flipping halfway through.
  4. While hot, sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and top with feta, parsley, dill, and tzatziki. Add optional toppings if using. Serve immediately.
Air Fryer Method
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Add frozen fries in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  3. Cook for 12–18 min, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Toss fries immediately with oregano, garlic powder, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  5. Top with feta, parsley, dill, and tzatziki. Serve immediately.

Notes

 

  • Don’t overcrowd for extra crispiness.
  • Serve immediately – toppings + hot fries = magic.
  • Make it a meal: add grilled chicken, beef, or chickpeas on top.
